Food Selections
At Delectables Fine Catering, we have hundreds of items on our regular menu. Few caterers can boast of so many delicious dishes readily available.
In addition, we can accommodate almost any special request you may have. For example, we have recently:
- Created a large buffet of Cajun and Creole food for a trade group from New Orleans. They said our Jambalaya and Gumbo were as good as they got at home.
- Catered a Professional Baseball All-Star awards dinner that included Chocolate Mousse filled White Chocolate Baseballs for dessert.
