Pickup and Delivery


Delectables has a wide range of food available for Pickup or Delivery.

A few of the items on our pickup and delivery items can even be obtained the same day, if ordered early enough in the day!

Pricing
Items in the Pickup and Delivery section are priced per person, with a ten person minimum order.*


Orders above 10 people are on a per-person basis at the incremental price of the item. For example, if an item is priced at 10 portions for $35.00, then each additional portion would cost $3.50, so the total for 11 people would be $38.50 ($35.00 + 3.50), for 12 portions it would be $42.00 ($35.00 + $7.00), etc.


We offer a discount on most items if you order more than 20 servings of an item!

Reusable Chafing Setups

Reusable wire chafers for hot foods are available at $15.00. Each reusable chafer will hold two pans of food, and includes two cans of sterno, good for approximately two hours. Reuse requires a new water pan and sterno’s, available inexpensively from us or other locations. Note that water pans are weakened by the heat of the sterno’s and liable to leak if reused)

Delivery Hours and Fees
Delivery hours vary, but stop at 4:00 PM (or possibly earlier, Monday through Saturday.

All deliveries have a $50.00 minimum food order unless otherwise indicated.

  • Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Oldsmar, Safety Harbor, Tarpon Springs, Ozona. $15.00.
  • Clearwater, Largo (Ulmerton Road & North), Holiday. $20.00.
  • Clearwater Beach, Port Richey, Trinity, New Port Richey, Largo (South of Ulmerton Road). $25.00.
  • Odessa, Pinellas Park, Tampa, Hudson, Seminole, St. Petersburg, and beaches South of Clearwater Beach. $40.00.
  • Spring Hill, Brandon, Zephyrhills, Lutz, Palmmetto. $50.00 (with a $100 minimum food order).
  • Lakeland, Dade City, Land O’Lakes, Brooksville, Apollo Beach, Sarasota, Bradenton, Crystal River. $75.00 (with a $300 minimum food order).




*There are three exceptions to this:
1. Appetizers. The minimum of any one type of appetizers is 36 pieces, and the growth increment is by the dozen (36, 48, 60, etc.)
2. Beverages. Coffee comes with a minimum order of 20 cups, while some items are sold by the quart.
3. A few foods, like quiche and lasagna, are sold by the pan, which is the only purchase size. See individual items for details.
