Most catering companies are owned by business people, who employ chefs and cooks as needed. But we are different: We are owned by our Chefs.

Chef Jeff Simpson is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. His artistic ice carvings and artful food presentations are well known in the area.
Many of our kitchen staff are also graduates of prestigious culinary schools, and many have ten or more years experience in the culinary arts.
Chef Nick Adams has nearly thirty years of experience in the culinary industry, winning numerous awards in culinary competitions.

Individualized menus ensure your guests enjoy the perfect event. To assist you with menu selection, we offer complimentary tastings the first Saturday of every month* from 11:00 AM-3:00 PM (free, but registration is required-please call 727-781-1200 during business hours to register).

A Typical Pasta Station for a Buffet Event

As charter members of the Wedding and Event Professionals of Tampa Bay and Macy’s Bridal Network, and members of the National Association of Catering Executives, we can refer you to other reliable, reputable event businesses in the area.
Our modern 10,000 square foot facility is located in the heart of Palm Harbor. Included in our wedding catering packages are a wide variety of theme props, and accent materials to enhance the décor of the reception. We include a complimentary ice sculpture, water display fountain, restaurant gift cards, or honeymoon gift basket with most wedding packages of one hundred or more guests.
