But don’t let our reputation for excellence scare you off-we are surprisingly affordable. By making most of our food in-house, we can control costs better than caterers who buy many pre-processed food.

Most Catering companies are owned by business people, who employ chefs.

But we are different: The Chefs are the Owners.


Chef Jeff Simpson is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. His artistic ice carvings and artful food presentations are well known in the area.
Many of our kitchen staff are graduates of prestigious culinary schools, and many have ten or more years experience in the culinary arts.
Chef Nick Adams has nearly 30 years of culinary experience, and has won awards in numerous culinary competitions.
